Steinway brand of pianos to pianist are like, Hermes brand for the fashion fanatics. Basically the top notch in the industry.

Once you tried Steinway, you won't want anything else.

Thing is, price tag of S$250,000 is one thing. Having the space in your house to fit this, and the hall space big enough to provide the best resonance for this, is another. Generally, one will need a house of 20 to 60 mil worth to be able to properly contain this concert grand.

There are only 4-5 private owners for this in Singapore.

So I have to aim the baby grand, which is about half the price, I have to find and aim one good penthouse unit somewhere, to house this baby grand.

Ok. At the very list, hopefully can get another brand of baby grand into a house. Have not decided which brand, yet.
